United Colours of Fashion Inc. (UCOF NB. Inc.) is an incorporated non-profit established in 2021 to empower immigrants and visible minority groups who face barriers to vocational training, education, employment, and entrepreneurship. UCOF addresses the economic, social, and cultural needs of participants from diverse socio-cultural backgrounds by providing inclusive, skills-based programs and mentorship opportunities. The organization also offers a unique platform for aspiring designers, artists, and models to showcase their talents and pursue their passion in the fashion industry—culminating each year in the UCOF Fall Fashion Festival, where emerging creatives present their work alongside established designers and retailers.
United Colours of Fashion Inc. is committed to empowering its diverse community to overcome barriers through fashion, cultural, and artistic expression, delivered through its three core pillars:

1. Training & Mentorship
UCOF supports aspiring designers and artists through hands-on sewing workshops, artist mentorship programs, and Empowered Strides - a confidence-building initiative for youth aged 12–30 that combines flexible modeling sessions with professional development and cultural identity exploration.

2. School Outreach Programs
In collaboration with schools and community partners, UCOF offers engaging in-school and summer programs for K–12 students. These initiatives foster creativity, teach practical vocational skills, and promote inclusion and cultural pride among youth.

3. Community Showcases
Through the annual UCOF Fall Fashion Festival, a vibrant multicultural fashion festival across Atlantic Canada, UCOF celebrates cultural diversity and artistic expression. These showcases amplify underrepresented voices, encourage community engagement, and highlight the beauty of inclusion.
